住房是家庭的基础物质载体，安居乐业是家庭幸福的最基本条件之一。在经济与社会发展、转型和变革的时代环境下，探究家庭结构与住房状况之间的关系具有重要的理论和实践意义。基于2010年7省（区）调查的研究发现：家庭结构（包括家庭规模结构、家庭代际结构和家庭类型结构）与住房状况（建筑面积、间数、承重类型和住房来源等）有明显关联。人口学特征与住房状况之间具有明显的相关关系，尤其是年龄与家庭住房产权有直接关系。研究结果表明：在城镇化持续推进过程中，我国家庭小型化和核心化将在总体上改善家庭住房状况；家庭住房状况的改善也将进一步促进中国家庭的小型化、核心化和独居（单人户）的增多。建议在分析与预测国内住房市场的现状与变化时，重视分析家庭结构变动的影响，而不能仅局限于考察人口结构变动的影响。%Housing is the basic material condition of family living. Good housings and stable employments are the basic conditions of family happiness.It will be very meaningful to analyse the relationship between family and housing both for practice and theory in nowadays china.Based on 7 provinces’survey in 201 0,it is found that family structure,which contains family size structure, family generational structure and family type structure,has an obvious correlation with housing conditions,which include aspects such as floor area,number of rooms,type of load-bearing,housing sources and so on.There is also an obvious relationship between demographic characteristics and housing conditions,especially the property right of housing is directly related to people’s age.There are two conclusions:one is that the change of family,which includes the increase of nuclear family and single person family,will improve the total conditions of family housing;the other one is that the improvement of family housing conditions will make both the percentage of nuclear family and the percentage of single person family higher.In a word,it is suggested besides using demographic perspective when analyzing the change of domestic housing market,it is also necessary to use family structure perspective to analyze.
