分析张天渠油田抽油机井油管和抽油杆偏磨状况,认为造成油管和抽油杆偏磨的主要因素为井眼轨迹、管柱失稳、油井工作参数等。据此制定"地面调参、井下优化设计、井身安装防偏磨工具、加强现场监督"四位一体防偏磨技术对策,在地面采用长冲程、低冲次的抽油机工作制度,优化设计加重杆参数,采用防磨油杆和接箍扶正器及加强现场监督。%By analyzing the eccentric wear of rods and tubing of rod pumped well in Zhangtianqu oilfield,it's considered that the main reasons for the eccentric wear of rods and tubing include the well track,column collapse,operational parameter and others factors.Therefore,the quaternity resistant-side-wearing technical policy is developed,which consists of ground-parameter adjusting,downhole optimal design,fixing resistant-side-wearing tools and strengthening site supervision.The working system of the rod pumped well is long stroke and low stroke per minute.The parameter of sinker bar is optimal-designed.The other two measures use the resistant-wearing rod and collar centralizer and strengthening site supervision.The treatment countermeasures have achieved good results in the field,effectively extending the operating cycle of pumping wells.The control measures can provide certain references for the well production.
