转型期我国社会利益关系的新特点、理念及机制

摘要

正确认知我国社会利益关系的新特点，是调适我国社会利益关系的基础。在社会转型期，我国社会利益关系表现出一致性、多元性、复杂性、矛盾性、发展性的特征。应对社会利益关系所表现出的多维特征，必须树立务实、全面、统筹、多元的协调观。同时还要建立多重机制，即广泛的利益认同机制，畅通的社会流动机制，适用的诉求表达机制，公平的利益协调机制，完备的矛盾调处机制，以及有效的权利保障机制。通过多重机制的合力，来调适转型期我国的社会利益关系。%Correct understanding of the new characteristics of social interest relations in China is the basis of the adjust-ment social interest relations in China.In the period of social transition,social interest relations in China show the con-sistency and diversity,complexity,contradiction and developmental characteristics.Dealing with multidimensional char-acteristics of social interest relations must set up a practical,comprehensive,coordinated as a whole,and diverse view. Also set up are multiple mechanisms,namely the interests of the broad recognition mechanism;open social mobility mechanism;application of the aspirations of mechanism;fair interest coordination mechanism;a complete contradiction mediation mechanism;and effective rights safeguard mechanism.Through multiple mechanisms of resultant force,inter-est relations in China are accommodated in the transitional period of society.
