Though Wanzhou has a long history, its intangible cultural heritage is abundant but not profound, and material cultural heritage is dubious but not refined. According to Element Endowment Theory, Wanzhou-characterized Cultural brands can be cultivated in three aspects of the path from fork art to folklore: art is the live form of cultural heritage—construct Three Gorges cultural art team; cultural Industry is the solid form of cultural heritage—construct “Three Georges Folk and Pretty Tranquil Lake ” Cultural Industrial Ring; Publicizing is the dynamic form of cultural heritage—Three Georges cultural close-up.% 万州历史文化虽然源远流长,但是非物质文化遗产丰而欠厚,物质文化遗产多而欠精。根据“要素禀赋理论”,可从民俗文艺到文艺民俗的路径三个方面培育万州特色文化品牌:文艺是文化遗产的活态传承形式——打造三峡文艺军团;产业是文化遗产的固态传承形式——打造“三峡人家、美丽平湖”文化产业集群圈;宣传是文化遗产的动态传承形式——“三峡人家”文化大特写。
