边疆民族地区城市流动人口管理探析

摘要

民族地区城市内的流动人口已成为社会经济发展不可替代的重要力量，但也存在难以融入当地社会、增加城市社会管理压力、影响社会治安等问题。因地制宜、多措并举地加强民族地区内的流动人口管理，对促进民族团结，加快民族繁荣，建设和谐社会具有极其重要的意义。%The floating population in the cities has become an important irreplaceable force for social and economic development, but there are problems such as their difficulties to integrate into the local society, pressures to the management of the urban area and causing unrest and so on. Measures fitting the local conditions and co-measures are used to strengthen the management of the floating population of ethnic regions so that national unity, and national prosperity and the buildup of the harmonious society can be promoted.
