农村非营利组织提起公益诉讼之法理分析

摘要

在农村非营利组织研究领域，绝大部分学者忽视了农村非营利组织以提起公益诉讼的形式来实现对其公共利益维护的方式、方法和制度设计的系统研究。应当逐步完善农村非营利组织参与公益诉讼相关制度，为维护农村公共利益提供可靠的法律保障。%In the field of RNPO, few scholars attach importance to the research of the modes, approaches and system design of the public interest, which the rural non-profit organizations maintain by the public interest litigation.The relevant system of the rural non-profit organizations participating the public interest litigation should be gradually established to provide the legal protection for the rural public interest.
