It is still and even more difficult for today’s female undergraduate and postgraduate students to find a proper job. On this view, the article tries to probe the causes of the sexual discrimination on employment. It analyses not only the effects of sexual differences, but also the effects of the failures of market and policy, the two important factors which dominate our socio-economic life. And this article also puts forward some coping strategies, such as founding the socialman development foundation.
