Based on improvement of collection method for pyrolysis products, the effect of temperature on pyrolysis products of Xiaolongtan lignite was studied in a fluidized-bed reactor with inner diameter of 32 mm. Results show that when the reaction temperature rises from 550 ℃ to 750 ℃, the semi-char yield will drop from 51% to 40%, while the gas yield increases from 14% to 26%; both tar yield and pyrolysis water yield increase first and reduce later on with rising temperatures, and a maximum 8% tar yield and a maximum 14% pyrolysis water yield are to be obtained at about 650 ℃; the yields of H2, CH4, CO and their volume fraction in pyrolysis gas will increase evidently, whereas volume fraction of CO2 may decrease substantially; the low heat value of gas will rise from 10 MJ/m3 to 13 MJ/m3, and the removal rate of nitrogen and sulfur will rise respectively from 33%, 51% to 60%, 63%.%在改进热解产物收集方法的基础上,在内径为32 mm的流化床热解试验台上进行了温度对小龙潭褐煤热解产物影响的试验研究.结果表明:当反应温度从550℃升到750℃时,半焦产率从51%降到40%,煤气产率从14%升高到26%;焦油和热解水产率随着温度的升高先增大后减小,在650℃左右时达到最大值,分别为8%和14%;H2、CH4、CO的产率和在热解煤气中的体积分数都有明显的增加,而CO2体积分数却大幅下降,热解煤气的低位热值从10 MJ/m3上升为13MJ/m3;热解过程中的氮、硫析出率分别从33%、51%上升为60%和63%.
