煤粉燃烧器使用少油点火技术的数值模拟

     

摘要

Combined with the operational condition of a 600 MW subcritical pressure boiler using tiny-oil ignition technology in Shanghai Wujing No. 2 Power Generation Co. , Ltd. , factors affecting the ignition of the pulverized coal were studied by numerical simulation. Results show that when the oil feed rate of single burner is 80 kg/h, the pulverized coal can be ignited successfully. Compared with conventional burners that do not apply tiny-oil technologies, the burner can save 97.3% oil. Raising the primary air velocity may postpone the ignition position, and pulverized coals with small particle sizes are in favor of ignition.Under certain operational conditions, there is an optimum value of coal concentration. When the coal concentration is excessively high or low, it will be unfavorable for fast ignition.%结合上海吴泾第二发电有限责任公司600 MW机组亚临界压力锅炉采用煤粉少油点火技术的情况,通过数值模拟研究了影响煤粉着火的各种因素.结果表明:单只燃烧器供油量在80 kg/h时,煤粉能够顺利点火,与不采用该技术进行煤粉点火相比节油率能达到97.3%;一次风速的增大会延后煤粉的着火位置;粒径较小的煤粉有利于煤粉点火;在一定的运行条件下,煤粉浓度存在一个最优值,过高过低都不利于煤粉的快速点火.
