低丰度同位素质谱测量影响因素研究

摘要

Effect factors of measurement of low abundance isotope were researched. The deduction of dynamic background was applied to the measurement of low abundant uranium isotope ratios using thermal ionization mass spectrometer with multi-detector. The results showed that relative standard uncertainty of the low abundant isotopic measurementd ecreased about 50%.
