微加速度计动态离心测试数据采集系统设计

         

摘要

为了实现惯性导航或制导系统中微加速度计的动态飞行环境模拟考核,需要对精密静态离心机进行相应的机械和电气改造,并研制新的数据采集系统。文中报道了微加速度计动态离心测试数据采集系统的系统设计方案和软硬件实现,该系统基于虚拟仪器架构,可同时测试4只模拟或数字输出的微加速度计。误差分析表明:微加速度计输出电压为+2.5~-2.5 V 时,综合测量精度优于2.5 mV;输出电压为+12.5~-12.5 V 时,综合测量精度优于12.5 mV;采样时间间隔为20 ms 时,各采样点与离心机控制器的同步性误差小于0.1 ms。%  In order to achieve the dynamic flight environment simulation assessment for the micro-accelerometer used in the inertial navigation or guidance systems, it is necessary to modify the precision static centrifuge’s mechanical and electronic architecture, and develop novel data acquisition system. System design, hardware and software implementation of the DAQ system for the micro-accelerometer’s dynamic centrifuge test is reported. The DAQ system is based on the virtual instrument architecture, and can simultaneously handle 4 analog or digital micro-accelerometers. Error analysis shows that when the micro-accelerometer’s output voltage signal range is +2.5 ~ -2.5 V, the comprehensive measurement accuracy is less than 2.5mV; when the output voltage signal range is +12.5 ~ -12.5 V, the comprehensive measurement accuracy is less than 12.5 mV; When the sampling time interval is 20 ms, the synchronization error between each sampling point and the centrifuge controller is less than 0.1 ms.
