BTP双子表面活性剂的合成及其在5M盐酸中对A3钢的缓蚀性能研究

         

摘要

1,6-bis(c-tetrdecylpyridinium) hexan dibromide (designated as BTP), a new gemini surfactant, was synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR ,13C NMR and MS.The inhibitive effect of BTP on A3 steel in 5 M HCI was investigated by weight loss, Tafel polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (ElS) techniques at 30C.The results show that BTP exhibits good inhibitive performance against acid corrosion for A3 steel.Cathodic and anodic polarization curves of A3 steel indicate that BTP is a mixed-type inhibitor.The data of EIS shows that an increasing charge transfer resistances with the addition of BTP.Weight loss experiments show that inhibition efficiency increase with BTP concentration and it can reach 98% at 75 mg/L of BTP.The AG0ds △G0ads (free energy of adsorption) of -21.26 kJ mol-1 suggest a spontaneous adsorption of BTP on A3 steel surface, which follows Langmuir adsorption model.%合成了一种新型双子表面活性剂溴化1,6-二(α-十四烷基吡啶)己烷(代号:BTP),其化学结构通过1H NMR,13C NMR和MS证实.用失重法,极化曲线法(Tafel),交流阻抗法(EIS)测试了BTP在30℃,5M盐酸中对A3钢的缓2蚀性能.结果表明BTP对A3钢是一种良好的酸缓蚀剂;当浓度达到75mg/L时,缓蚀率达到98%;Tafel极化结果表明BTP是一种混合型缓蚀剂;ΔG0ads=-21.26 kJ mol-1表明BTP在A3钢上的吸附是自发进行的,符合Langmuir吸附.
