从高师院校IT专业人才的特点和社会对IT人才的需求出发，结合实际情况，提出了以行业为导向，加强校企合作，按照“3＋4＋4＋4”实践教学体系和能力培养体系，以能力为本位，以项目为驱动，强化实践教学，培养具有综合素质高、理论扎实、知识面广、实践能力强的应用型IT人才，取得了较好的效果．%Based on the characteristics of IT skill in normal universities and community demand to the IT professionals, according to the ＂3 ＋4 ＋4 ＋4＂ model and the actual situation in our school, we propose practice teaching and capacity-building system that oriented to industry and strengthening the cooperation with enterprises. In this model, we toward the goal of competency-based, project-driven, and strengthen practice teaching, in order to develop applied IT talent with high quality, solid theoretical and extensive knowledge. It has bee proved that the good results have been achieved.
