锂离子导体材料Li2ZrO3的制备及表征

         

摘要

Monoelinie Li2ZrO3 structure is the proliferation materiall; tetragonal Li2ZrO3 phase is good at the adsorption of CO2 at high temperature,and Li2ZrO3 is also excellent lithium-ion conductor. This paper focused on the research of preparation and characteristics of Lithium ion conductive materials Li2ZrO3. A citrate sol-gel method was applied to synthesize nanocrystalline Li2ZrO3 materials . The structure and morphologies were characterized by X- ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the crystallite size of Li2ZrO3 was about 20 nm by Using this method. The ratios of CA to zirconium is four, the calcinations temperature between 750℃ to 850℃,calcinations time between 150 min to210min can get the sample of tetragonal Li2ZrO3 phase.%Li2ZrO3的单斜相是氚增殖材料,四方相是性能良好的CO2高温吸附材料,单斜相、四方相Li2ZrO3也是性能优良的锂离子导体材料.本文着重研究锂离子导体材料Li2ZrO3的制备及表征,采用溶胶凝胶法制备纳米级Li2ZrO3材料,XRD分析材料的结构,SEM分析表面形貌.结果表明:柠檬酸的用量为锆盐的4倍,焙烧温度在750—850℃之间,焙烧时间在150—210min时制得的Li2ZrO3以四方相居多.
