1870—1937年外国石油公司开拓中国市场活动探析

         

摘要

1870—1937年的中国石油市场是由几家大跨国石油公司开拓的。这些跨国石油公司受惠于不平等条约的保护,利用其雄厚的资本实力,构建了规模巨大的营销系统,并注意销售方式的改进,逐渐打开并占领了中国石油市场。在此过程中,形成了跨国石油公司在中国石油市场三足鼎立的局面。占领中国石油市场的大石油公司的强势地位对后来的中国石油事业的发展造成了一定影响。%From 1870 to 1937, China's oil market was opened up mainly by a few large multinational oil companies, the Standard- Vacuum Oil Company and Asiatic Petroleum Company in particular, to carry out, with a high concentration of features. Benefiting from the protection of the treaty system, the companies took full advantage of its strong capital strength, built a huge marketing system, paid attention to the improvement of sales methods, and opened and occupied the Chinese oil market. The company's improved marketing system became a defeated opponent's weapon, and ultimately formed the three pillars of the Chinese oil market. These large oil companies were a direct impact on the Chinese oil business because of company's strong position in China.
