一新时期加强学习型党组织学风建设之我见--基于“四步螺旋学习法”的视域

Today, promoting the learning-oriented Party organization building is very important. The four-step helical method, which follows the learning path of subject, meditation, convergent thinking and sublimation, fully embodies the characteristics of step-by-step, repetition and practice, and usefulness. Now, the four-step helical method plays an important role in promoting and solving the problems about the study style building for the learning-oriented Party organization.%新时期加强学习型党组织学风建设意义重大。“四步螺旋学习法”遵循选题定向、深思凝思、检验交流、总结升华四个学习步骤，充分体现了科学的学习活动的循序渐进性、周而复始性、学以致用性的特征。在新时期采用“四步螺旋学习法”加强学习型党组织学风建设，对于解决当前一些党组织在学风方面存在的问题有较好的效果。
