一稠油水平井注汽剖面分析

     

摘要

The online test technique can measure the temperature of horizontal well steam injection in every stage, but the in-terpreting technology of the measured data is poor. The vapor flowing process in a horizontal well was simulated by FLUENT, and the temperature changing regularities during the steam flowing process in the horizontal well were obtained. The results show that the steam temperature is decreasing when the steam flows in the pipe, and it will change suddenly when the steam flows through the sieve pore in horizontal well, and the higher the flow rate of steam, the greater the temperature changes. In addition, the injection characteristics are obtained based on the analysis of the steam temperature in horizontal steam injection well, and in the case of the equi-distant test points, the greater the temperature difference between the two adjacent test points, the greater the injected steam volume.%在线测试技术可以探测水平井注汽各个阶段的温度,但缺乏对测得数据的解释方法。应用FLUENT软件模拟蒸汽在水平井内的流动,得到蒸汽在水平井内的温度变化规律。结果表明:湿蒸汽在油管内流动时,温度不断下降,当遇到筛管分流时,温度下降幅度会增大,且分流量越大,温度下降幅度越大。分析在线测试系统测试的温度得到注汽过程中水平井的吸汽情况,在测试点等距分布时,相邻两测试点温差越大则两测试点之间注汽量越大。
