通过化学组成分析、理化性能分析和发动机台架试验研究典型煤基直接液化柴油与石油基柴油的差异性及其产生原因,提出油品质量改进措施,分析煤基直接液化低凝点柴油使用的可行性.结果表明:煤基直接液化柴油主要由环烷烃组成(质量分数达90%),碳数分布集中,具有凝点(低于-60℃)低、密度大、体积热值高和十六烷值略低等特点以及良好的发动机适应性;现有的煤基直接液化柴油经过适当的提质处理后可以直接作为低凝点柴油使用.%The difference between domestic typical coal-based direct liquefaction diesel and petroleum-based diesel was system-atically studied through chemical composition and physical-chemical properties analysis, as well as the engine test. On the ba-sis of the analysis, the measures for improving the oil qualities were proposed and the feasibility of coal-based direct liquefac-tion diesel used as the low solidification point diesel was discussed. It is found that the coal-based direct liquefaction diesel is mainly composed of cycloparaffinic hydrocarbon ( up to 90%) , and has the characteristic of low solidification point ( less than-60 ℃) . It shows the characteristics of heavy density, high volume heat value, low cetane value, and concentrated carbon dis-tribution. In addition, the coal-based direct liquefaction diesel has good engine suitability. And the coal-based direct liquefac-tion diesel can be directly used as the low solidification point diesel after proper treatment of improving qualities.
