钢芯铝绞线同层线股间接触有限元分析

         

摘要

ACSR in the pay-off process, the aluminum strands and the role of steel core shared tension.As the structural characteristics of different layers of the conductor,the extrusion force and axial force which the strands suffered are different.The tensioned ACSR in the work environment will produce small slip or slip trend because of the vibration of the cable that will cause frictional wear.The contact stress situation of the contact area between the same layer strands would affect the wear of the ACSR.By the finite element analysis of the LGJ-150/25(GBl179-83) about the contact problem of the same layer strands, it is suggested that the main adhesive wear and plastic deformation occur in the contact center due to the larger contact stress; and the sliding wear occurs in the edge of the contact region due to the smaller contact stress and large sliding.%钢芯铝绞线在放线过程中,铝股与钢芯共同承担张力作用.由于导线的结构特性,不同层的股线所受的挤压分力与轴向分力是不同的.张紧的钢芯铝绞线在工作环境中产生的振动将使线股之间产生微小滑移或滑移的趋势,而引起线股的摩擦磨损.导线同层股线间接触区域的接触应力状况将对导线的磨损状态产生影响.本文通过对型号为LGJ-150/25(GB1179-83)的钢芯铝绞线同层股线间接触问题进行有限元分析得出:在接触中心,接触应力大,主要产生粘着磨损和塑性变形;在接触边缘区域,接触应力较小,滑移量大,主要产生滑动磨损.
