基于ANSYS的磁轴承飞轮转子的模态分析

         

摘要

The dynamic characteristics of the magnetic bearing flywheel rotor are discussed.In the ANSYS 9.0 a 3D entity finite element model of magnetic bearing flywheel rotor is established;and then using the Block Lanczos method the first 20th order displacement, mode shapes and natura frequencies are extracted.Under the condition of no external force and bearing constraints, the rotor vibration mode and natural frequency of displacement are analyzed.And without the bearing constraints, we do another analysis of displacement,mode shapes and natural frequencies;then we have found the difference between the two experiments.The research results show that the characteristic parameters and the forms under different constraints change greatly.The results have certain guiding significance for integrated design of bearing and bearing vibration control.%探讨磁轴承飞轮转子的动力学特性.在ANSYS9.0中建立了磁轴承飞轮转子的三维实体有限元模型,利用Block Lanczos法提取了前20阶振型、位移和固有频率.在一种在无外力,轴承约束下,分析转子的振型、位移和固有频率;在无轴承约束下转子的振型、位移和固有频率,进而讨论两种方式下产生转子的振型、位移、固有频率的差异.研究结果表明,在不同的约束下这些特征参数和形态发生着显著的变化,对轴系一体化设计以及轴系振动控制有一定的指导意义.
