网站用户信息获取中的心智模型研究

     

摘要

网站交互界面如何让用户觉得是可理解可发现的,让他们能快速找到需要的信息,不再"迷失"?这就需要对决定用户信息获取行为的内在的、可预测的认知模型--心智模型进行剖析.本文将网站用户信息获取与心智模型结合进行关联研究,分析信息获取与心智模型的关系,指出信息获取中心智模型的"描述、归因、预测"三类关键活动的内涵,以及信息获取中个体心智模型的影响因素,同时研究了网站用户信息获取中的心智模型的测量过程及相关方法,重点分析了路径搜索法的算法和应用.在此基础上,结合网站分类系统进行实证研究,从而从认知心理学的角度为网站用户行为研究提供一种新的思路.%How we can make the user feel the website interaction interface is feasible to understand and discover, they can get the needed information in time, and never lost? We need to explore the mental model of user, the intrinsic and divinable the model which steer the user behavior in the website. In this thesis we analyzed the relationship of information access and mental model, explored the meaning of three key elements named as describing, reasoning, predicting , and influence elements of user mental model in the process of information access. We also analyzed the measure process and methods of mental model of website user, in which the pathfinder method is the keystone. In the end, we do the demonstration research combined with website classification system. The achievements of the research offered a new method for the analysis of website user behavior of the angle of cognitive psychology.
