中国科技报告质量评价体系与推进策略1）

摘要

科技报告质量是科技报告特征和要素，是提升科技报告服务水平的重要指标。本文通过梳理国内外科技报告质量评价指标体系建设的理论和实践，结合中国科技报告工作进展和实践，提出了科技报告质量评价指标体系设计的原则、方法、描述框架和参考体系。最后就推进和完善科技报告质量评价机制提出了对策性建议。%As a fundamental attribute of S&T report,quality is the key factor to promote its dissemination and effect .This paper ,focused on the theoretical and practical review of S&T report quality research,analyzed the status and reality of Chinese S&T report service and abroad.Then it built a basic frame and gave a reference model of S&T report quality assessment indicators,as well as its principle and methodology.At last,some political suggestions were given to promote and consummate the S&T report quality assessment.
