混凝土板分段浇筑的曲线结合梁施工阶段受力性能研究

         

摘要

为了对钢-混凝土曲线结合梁施工阶段的受力性能进行准确分析,进行了混凝土浇筑过程中简支曲线结合梁的模型试验,采用 ANSYS有限元计算软件分析了栓钉连接件时变抗剪强度对模型梁施工阶段受力性能的影响。分析结果表明:从一端向另一端分段浇筑混凝土板时结合梁的应力和变形均比一次性整体浇筑时小,且沿梁轴不对称;自各节段之间的浇筑时间间隔为6h起至7d之内,均应计入钢梁与混凝土板之间的早期组合作用,且需考虑这种组合作用随混凝土龄期而增长的时变特性。在对混凝土板浇筑过程中的结合梁进行受力分析时,必须考虑已浇好硬化的梁段中钢梁与混凝土板结合面上的相对滑移,否则会使计算结果偏于不安全,出现工程安全隐患。%In order to analyze the stressed behaviors of the steel-concrete curved composite beams in the con-struction stage accurately,the model tests were conducted on two simple curved composite beams during the casting process of concrete slabs.The effect of the time-depended shear strength of stud connectors on the stressed behaviors of composite beams in the construction stage was studied using Software ANSYS FE.The a-nalysis results indicate as follows:If a concrete slab is casted segmentally from one beam end to the other,the stress and deformation of the composite beam are smaller than those if the concrete slab is casted once-time a-long the whole steel girder,and they are distributed asymmetrically along the beam axis;during the segmental casting process of a concrete slab of a composite beam,if the concrete casting time interval is between 6h and 7d,the time-dependent early composite action should be considered in analysis on the stress behaviors of the composite beam in the construction stage;for the segment where the concrete slab has been hardened,the rela-tive slip between the steel girder and concrete slab must be considered,or the calculated results will be unsafe and cause hidden dangers.
