中低速磁浮列车-简支梁系统耦合振动试验研究

         

摘要

为探讨中低速磁浮列车-简支梁系统的耦合振动特性,以长沙中低速磁浮交通运营线中的一跨25 m简支梁为研究对象,开展现场动载试验,对磁浮列车及简支梁的各动力响应值进行测试和分析.研究表明:磁浮列车、简支梁的动力性能良好,均满足规范要求;随着车速的增加,简支梁竖向与横向的各动力响应值均增大,且竖向增速大于横向;简支梁竖向加速度峰值集中在20 Hz以内,横向加速度远小于竖向加速度,且集中在20~80 Hz;空气弹簧具有良好的隔振作用,使车体表现为低频振动(竖向1 Hz、横向1.5 Hz),悬浮侧架的加速度明显大于车体,含有较显著的中高频振动(50~100 Hz)成分.%In order to investigate the characteristics of coupled vibration of low-medium speed maglev train and simply supported girder system,a field test was carried out based on a 25 m simply-supported girder in Chang-sha low-medium speed maglev commercial transportation line.T he dynamic responses of the maglev train and the 25m simply-supported girder were measured.Results show that the dynamic performances of the maglev train and the 25 m simply-supported girder are proved to meet the requirements of the standards in China. With the increase of the speed,the vertical and lateral dynamic response values of the simply-supported girder increase and the growth of the vertical dynamic response values is greater than that of the lateral.The peak vertical acceleration of the simply-supported girder is mainly within 20 Hz.The horizontal acceleration of the simply-supported girder is much smaller than the vertical acceleration and is mainly concentrated in the range of 20 to 80 Hz.The air springs have a good effect of vibration isolation,which leads to low frequency vibration (vertical:1 Hz,horizontal:1.5 Hz)of the car body.The acceleration of suspension frame is obviously grea-ter than that of the car body,which contains a significant medium-and high-frequency vibration(50 to 100 Hz).
