自拟润肠通便药膳治疗老年性便秘的临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the curative effect of TCM herbal treatment for senile constipatin. Methods In May 2013 to May 2014 in our clinic, 102 cases of senile constipation patients were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,51 cases of each. The treatment group of patients were treated by traditional Chinese medicine medicinal food,and in the control group,the patients were treated by xisha Billy. Then compared the total effective rate and constipation drug usage after 3 months treatment of the two groups. Results The curative effect of Chinese medicine herbal treatment is distinct,the treatment group total effective rate was 72.55%,control group total effective rate was 74.51%. 3 months after treatment,the 12 cases of patients in treatment group used constipation medication,and 39 cases didn’t. And 23 cases in control group used constipation medication,28 cases didn’t. The long-term curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine medicinal food is superior to the simple drug group. Conclusion The short-term curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine medicinal food of the treatment group is equal to the western medicine treatment of the control group,but the long-term curative effect of the treatment group is superior to that of the control group. The traditional Chinese medicine medicinal food not only has an advantage in the purge and the treatment of chronic constipation,but also adjusted to disorder of gastrointestinal function,make the patient's physical condition improved.%目的：观察自拟润肠通便药膳治疗老年性便秘的疗效。方法选择2013年5月～2014年5月门诊部就诊的老年便秘患者102例，随机分成治疗组和对照组，各51例，治疗组采用中药药膳治疗，对照组采用西沙比利治疗，观察两组治疗后总有效率及3个月便秘药物使用情况。结果中药药膳治疗老年性便秘疗效显著，治疗组总有效率为72.55%，对照组总有效率为74.51%，两组差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗3个月后，患者仍服用便秘药物人数比较，治疗组为12例，对照组为23例，两组差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），治疗组长期疗效优于对照组。结论中药药膳治疗慢性便秘不仅可改善老年患者便秘的临床症状，并且可以长期服用，预防便秘的发生。
