Objective To investigate the expression and the clinical significance of β-catenin,cyclinD1 and C-myc in nephroblastoma.Methods Immunohistochemistry and Envision System were used to investigate the expression levels of β-catenin,cyclinD1 and C-myc protein in 34 pathologic paraffin samples of initial nephroblastoma as well as in 15 normal renal tissues adjacent to the tumor.Results (1) The expression levels of β-catenin (P < 0.01),cyclinD1 (P < 0.01) and C-myc (P < 0.05) in nephroblastoma were significant higher than those in normal renal tissues.The expression levels of β-catenin,cyclinD1 and C-myc were positively correlated (P < 0.O1).(2) Their expression levels were correlated with the histological types,clinical stages or relapse and metastasis (P <0.05).Conclusions The expression levels of β-catenin,cyclinD1 and C-myc are dramatically higher in nephroblastoma samples.A combination of measuring β-catenin,cyclinD1 and C-myc contributes to a better evaluation of the prognosis.%目的 探讨Wnt信号通路中β-catenin、cyclinD1和C-myc蛋白在儿童肾母细胞瘤中的表达及临床意义.方法 用免疫组织化学EnVision System二步法检测34例初发小儿肾母细胞瘤及15例肾母细胞瘤旁正常肾组织病理石蜡标本中β-catenin、CyclinD1和C-myc蛋白的表达情况.结果 儿童肾母细胞瘤中β-catenin、cyclinD1和C-myc表达阳性率高于瘤旁正常肾脏组织,差异有显著性,三者表达的阳性率呈正相关性(P<0.01);β-catenin、cyclinD1及C-myc的表达分别与儿童肾母细胞瘤组织分型、临床分期或复发转移相关(P<0.05).结论 β-catenin、cyclinD1和C-myc在儿童肾母细胞瘤组织中表达阳性率高,联合检测β-catenin、cyclinD1和C-myc有助于判断预后.
