目的:探讨人乳头状瘤病毒16/18(HPV16/18)在食管鳞癌中的表达及相关性.方法:应用双探针原位杂交检测HPV16/18在72例食管鳞癌,18例正常食管黏膜,12例低级别上皮内瘤变,18例高级别上皮内瘤变中的表达并分析其与食管鳞癌的关系.结果:食管鳞癌HPV16/18阳性率为55.56%(40,72).正常食管上皮、高级别上皮内瘤变、低级别上皮内瘤变HPV16/18阳性率均明显低于食管鳞癌,有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论:HPV16/18与食管鳞癌的临床分期、病理分级、组织大体形态、淋巴结转移、性别、年龄、浸润深度无相关性,与食管的鳞状上皮恶变有一定相关性,可为食管鳞癌病因预防治疗提供依据.%Objective To explore the expression of human papilloma virus 16/18 (HPV16/18) in esophageal squamous carcinoma.Method We applied double-exploring probe to detect HPV16/18 in 72 cases of esophageal squamous carcinoma, 18 cases of normal esophageal normal mucosa, 12 cases of low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia and 18 cases of high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia and studied its relationship with esophageal squamous carcinoma. Results The positive rate of HPV16/18 in esophageal squamous carcinoma was 55.67％ (40/72). The positive rate of HPV in normal esophageal epithelium,high-grade intraepithelia neoplasia and low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia was remarkably lower than that of esophgeal carcinoma and it had statistic significance (P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion HPV16/18 had no correlation with the clinical staging, pathological grading, gross morphology, lymph node metastasis, sex, age and the invasive depth of esophageal squamous carcinoma,but had some correlation with maglignant transformation of esophageal squamous epithelium and can provide proof for preventive treatment of esophageal squamous carcinoma.
