三维数字减影血管造影及仿真内窥镜技术在脑血管造影中的应用价值

         

摘要

目的:探讨三维数字减影血管造影(DSA)及仿真内窥镜(VE)技术在脑血管造影及治疗中的应用价值.方法:对103例可疑脑血管病变的患者行旋转三维DSA榆查,并通过DSA后处理工作站进行VE重建.结果:103例患者中36例动脉瘤清晰显示载瘤动脉及瘤内情况,47例动脉狭窄表现为侧支开口不规则及VE漫游中视野缩小,7例动静脉畸形仅能看清粗大的供血动脉及引流静脉,6例动脉闭塞显示血管信号中断,7例正常无病灶.结论:三维DSA及VE技术能够为脑血管疾病的诊断及治疗提供更全面的影像资料,为神经外科医生进行介入治疗的定位及方案的选择提供重要依据.%Objective:To discuss application of three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography (3D DSA)and virtual endoscopy (VE)in cerebrovascular examination.Methods:One hundred and three cases of suspected cerebral vascular disease patients did rotational 3D-DSA examinations and passed through workstation to do the VE reconstruction.Rusults:The aneurysms (36 case of 103 patients)was clearly displayed with the parent artery and the coarse inside surface.In the patients with artery stenosis (47 cases),the main indication of which was the decrease of ramose number and the visual field.In patients of arteriovenous malformation(7 cases)only the bulky feeding artery and the draining veins could be seen.In patients of vascular obstruction(6 cases)the signal interruption of vascular occlusion were found.3D DSA and VE showed a round and smooth cavity in 7 normal artery patients.Conclusion:3D DSA and VE technology could provide a more comprehensive image data for the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases,and an important basis for the choice of location and program of treatment.
