非公企业党组织发挥实质作用的策略选择——以温州的实践为例

实质作用发挥是非公有制企业党建生命力的所在。目前,非公企业党组织的合法性不足,功能定位不清,工作方式不适应,党组织和党员的作用发挥受限等因素制约着党组织实质作用的发挥,党组织的力量面临被边缘化的危险。非公企业党组织必须在战略定位和策略选择上实现全面创新,把握非公企业党建的规律,增强对环境的应变能力和适应能力,以有效作为获取政治认同,确保在非公企业的权威和影响力。%The play of substantial function is where the vitality of party building in non-public enterprises lies.Presently,the substantial function of party organizations in non-public enterprises is limited by the factors such as insufficient legality,improper functional orientation,inadaptability of work style,and so forth.The force of the party faces the risk of peripherization.The CPC organizations in non-public enterprises must innovate in strategic orientation and tactic selection in an all-around way,grasp the laws of party building in non-public enterprises,enhance the ability to respond and adapt to environmental changes,and acquire political identification by right of effective deed,so as to ensure their authority and influence in non-public enterprises.
