高温高压下油煤浆黏度的变化及影响因素

         

摘要

为研究高温高压下油煤浆的黏温特性及变化机理,测量了220~450℃范围内的煤浆黏度,发现在250℃以前,黏度的增大主要受煤颗粒溶胀作用的影响,而在340℃以后,黏度的增加则是由于前沥青烯的增多引起的.剪切速率对黏度几乎没有影响.当煤转化率在30%~40%时,煤浆黏度会增加.%The characteristics and mechanism of viscosity accompanied with temperature of coal-oil slurry in high temperature and high pressure were studied. The viscosity of coal-oil slurry between temperature 220℃ and 450℃ was measured. Viscosity increased before 250℃ is due to coal swelling, while above 340℃ is due to the increase of preasphaltene. The sheering speeds have little influence on viscosity. When the conversion ratio of coal is between 30% and 40% , the viscosity will increase.
