According to the present invention, a viscosity measurement apparatus for high temperature and high pressure coal slurry and a viscosity measurement method for high temperature and high pressure coal slurry using the apparatus can calculate a stable torque value by minimizing a change in torque caused by temperature or pressure, which may be generated when using a conventional apparatus and a method. Therefore, provided is a means to evaluate stability of high temperature and high pressure coal slurry.
