煤系高岭土-碱-水体系中,采用碱溶法即碱液溶出活化煤系高岭土中的硅铝酸盐,过滤,用硅铝酸盐滤液合成4A沸石的工艺.产品性能经XRD,TEM,白度仪等方法测定.结果表明,产品结晶度高;平均粒径为515 nm,达到亚微米水平;白度在95~98范围内,达到GB1768-93优等品的标准.微量元素溢出实验显示,微量元素的溢出量大大减少,在生活饮用水卫生标准安全范围内.携带液体能力在60~70 g/100 g沸石之间.%A synthesis method of pure zeolite 4A with dissolving aluminosilicate from activated coal kaolinite was introduced. The product was determined by XRD, TEM, whiteness instrument, etc. The results show that, the product with high crystallinity, the average particle size is 515 nm (sub-micro range). Whiteness degree between 95 and 98, reaches the first grade of GB1768~93. In the trace element dissolving-out experiment, the dissolvingout content is greatly reduced, below the safety margin of drinking water. And the liquid carrying capacity is 60~70 g /100 g zeolite.
