环形双圈管冻结稳态温度场广义解析解

         

摘要

对于环形布管冻结稳态温度场的解,目前仅有单圈管冻结条件下的解析解,对于双圈管冻结尚无解答.首先建立环形双圈管冻结稳态温度场的模型.然后,应用保角变换将广义环形双圈管(冻结圈内部未冻实)模型变换为直线型排布的模型,依据调和方程边界可分离性,将直线型排布模型分解为2个特殊单排管冻结问题,从而得到广义环形双圈管的温度场解析解.最后,应用ANSYS进行了热力学数值模拟计算和物理模型实验结果以验证解析解.结果表明:在冻土帷幕充分交圈后,数值模拟结果和解析解结果基本一致,与实测温度的吻合度也很高.%Regarding all analytical solutions,only the steady-state temperature field of the single-circle-piped freezing is available with frozen and unfrozen core.However,there is no solution for the double-circle-piped freezing.In this paper,the model of the steady-state temperature field of double-circle-piped freezing is firstly established according to the theory of heat conduction.Then,the conformal mapping is used to convert the double-circle-piped freezing model into a special double-row-piped freezing model.After that,according to the separability of boundary conditions for harmonic equations,the solution of the double-row-piped freezing is presented by decomposing the model into two special singlerow-pipe freezing models.Thereby,the solution of the double-circle-piped freezing model is obtained.Comparison of the analytical solution with the numerical thermal analysis and the model test shows that the analytical solution is in good consistency.
