中医干预治疗对社区中心糖尿病患者血糖、血尿酸和血脂水平的影响及疗效观察

摘要

Objective To analyze the blood glucose,uric acid and lipid of the diabetes patients in the community center and explore the clinical effects of TCM intervention treatment on those patients.Methods 123 patients with type 2 diabetes,who were treated in The Community Health Service Center of Asian Games Village in Chaoyang District from January of 2014 to December of 201 5,were selected as research objects and divided into the TCM intervention group (n=84)and the control group (n=39)in accordance with the random number table.All the patients of both groups were given the conventional Western medicine treatment,but the TCM intervention group was given more TCM intervention such as auricular plaster therapy and Chinese herbal tea than the control group.The indexes of blood uric acid,glucose and blood lipids after treatment were analyzed to compare the clinical effects of both groups.Results All the indexes of both two groups were significantly improved after treatment than before treatment (P <0.05)except the total cholesterol level of the control group,and all the indexes of the TCM intervention group significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05 ).The total effective rate of the TCM intervention group (72.62%)was significantly higher than that of the control group (48.72%)(χ²=6.692, P =0.010).Conclusion The patients with type 2 diabetes are generally characterized by elevated levels of blood uric acid and lipid abnormalities,and the TCM intervention treatment can effectively ameliorate the diabetic patients′conditions and their life quality on the basis of the conventional therapy.%目的：分析社区糖尿病患者的血糖、血尿酸和血脂水平,探索中医干预治疗对糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月至2015年12月在北京市朝阳区亚运村社区卫生服务中心进行治疗的123例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为中医干预组(n=84)和对照组(n=39)。所有患者均行常规西医治疗,中医干预组在常规治疗的基础上给予中医干预,如耳穴贴压法及中药茶方。治疗后分析两组糖尿病患者血尿酸、血糖及血脂指标的变化,比较两组患者间的临床效果。结果治疗后,除对照组中总胆固醇指标外,两组患者其他各项指标均较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)；中医干预组各项观察指标均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。中医干预组治疗总有效率为72.62%(61/84),明显高于对照组的48.72%(19/39),差异有统计学意义(χ²=6.692,P =0.010)。结论2型糖尿病患者普遍伴有血尿酸水平升高、血脂指标异常等,在常规治疗的基础上,通过中医干预治疗可有效改善糖尿病患者病情,提高生活质量。
