四川省遂宁市基层全科医师糖尿病知识培训的模式及效果

摘要

目的：探讨对基层全科医师实施有针对性的糖尿病知识教育，以期得到提高基层医师糖尿病知识的有效措施和方法。方法采用如下培训模式：编写培训讲义、教材；给基层医师集体上课与讨论，单个指导；到基层医院现场查房。培训前后分别进行2次问卷答题评分，根据评分对培训模式的效果评价。结果1）基层全科医生学历低，糖尿病诊治水平极低，尤其是村卫生室医生；2）培训前乡镇卫生院、社区卫生服务中心及村卫生室医生糖尿病相关知识考试成绩都很差，村卫生室医生明显低于前两组医生（P＜0.05）；3）经过统一模式培训后，3组医生考试成绩均较培训前提高（P＜0.05），但村卫生室医生成绩仍然最差（P＜0.05）。结论对基层全科医生进行系统规范的糖尿病知识培训，是提高基层医生糖尿病防治能力和防治意识的一种可行措施。%Objective To explore the effective measures of improving the grassroots general practitioners′diagnosis ability of diabetes by providing them with the training of detailed diabetic knowledge .Methods The adopted training mode consisted of compiling the training handouts and materials ,offering classes for grassroots general practitioners and encouraging discussions in classes ,providing individual guidances ,and making the rounds of the wards in the grassroots hospital .The scores of the two questionnaires conducted before and after the training respectively were analyzed to evaluate its effects . Results Firstly , the grassroots general practitioners were characterized by the low educational attainment ,especially for those in the village clinic ,which resulted in the low levels of diagnosing diabetes .Secondly ,all the scores of all the general practitioners in the first questionnaire were very low ,but the scores of the village clinic doctors were significantly lower than those of the general practitioners from the township health centers and the community health centers (P<0.05) .Thirdly ,there was a significant improvement in the scores of the general practitioners from villages ,towns and communities respectively after the training (P< 0.05) ,but the scores of the village clinic doctors were significantly worse than those of the other general practitioners ( P < 0.05 ) . Conclusion It is a feasible measure to improve the grassroots general practitioners′awareness and ability of preventing and treating diabetes by providing a systematic and standardized training of diabetic knowledge for them .
