生态安全视阈下我国环境群体性事件研究

摘要

Ecological security is both the natural basis and environment carrier of overall national security, and also an important part of national security system.Scientifically dealing with environment mass incidents is one of the issues and strategic tasks for the ecological security of our country, it will ensure thes sustainable and healthy economic development and improve people's quality of life.From the view of ecological security the authors research on environment mass incident's main characteristics, deeply analyze its generation logic, fully analyze its governance path, so as to construct beautiful China, realize the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.The paper has important theoretical value and practical significance.%生态安全既是总体国家安全的自然基础和环境载体，也是国家安全体系的重要组成部分。科学治理环境群体性事件是维护我国生态安全的时代课题和战略重任，也是保持经济持续健康发展和提高人民生活质量的必然要求。研究生态安全视阈下的环境群体性事件的主要特征、生成逻辑及其治理路径，对于建设美丽中国和实现中华民族的可持续发展，都具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。
