吸烟COPD患者戒烟影响因素分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate the inlfuence factors of smoking cessation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and analyze the lung function after quitting smoking successfully.Methods:337 cases COPD patients with smoking who were treated and followed up in the Aflfiated Hospital of Chengde Medical College received smoking cessation intervention for 2-year. The smoking cessation of patients were recorded and analyzed; the lung function were detected respectively before and 1 year after intervention.Results:1 year after intervention, 112 patients quitted smoking successfully. The smoking cessation success rate was concerned with sex, age, education, mMRC, smoking index and complications (P<0.01); but no relations with COPD severity (P>0.05). 1 year after intervention, the lung function of COPD patients who quitted smoking successfully was obviously better than who didnot give up smoking (P<0.05). Conclusions: Smoking cessation can improve the lung function of COPD patients with smoking. Clinicians should formulate individual smoking cessation plans according to the patients’ personal situation.%目的：：探讨影响慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者戒烟成功率的因素，并分析COPD患者成功戒烟后肺功能的变化情况。方法：承德医学院附属医院呼吸科收治并获得随访的337例吸烟COPD患者，进行为期2年的戒烟干预，记录患者的戒烟情况并进行分析。并分别于干预前和干预1年后检测患者的肺功能FEV1%pred。结果：337例吸烟COPD患者中，1年时成功戒烟112例。戒烟成功率与性别、年龄、文化程度、mMRC、吸烟指数和有无合并症有关(P＜0.01)，与COPD严重程度无关(P＞0.05)。干预1年后，成功戒烟者的肺功能明显优于未戒烟者(P＜0.05)。结论：戒烟能改善吸烟COPD患者的肺功能；应根据患者的自身情况制定个体化戒烟方案。
