临床路径健康教育模式对COPD患者自我管理能力的影响

             

摘要

目的::探讨临床路径健康教育模式对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者自我管理能力的影响。方法:110例COPD患者随机分为实验组与对照组,每组55例患者,实验组患者给与临床路径健康教育,对照组患者给与传统的健康教育模式。在实施健康教育后6个月后采用自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)对两组患者进行评分,比较两组患者自我管理能力。结果:实验组COPD患者自我管理能力显著高于对照组患者,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床路径健康教育可提高COPD患者的自我管理能力。%Objective: To investigate the effects of clinical health education path on self-management skills of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods: 110 COPD patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 55 patients in each group. The patients in control group were given traditional health education, while the patients in experimental group were given clinical health education path. The self-management skills of patients in 2 groups were evaluated with ESCA scale 6 months after education.Results: The self-management skills of patients in experimental group was obviously higher than that of patients in control group (P<0.05).Conclusions:Clinical health education path can improve the self-management skills of COPD patients obviously.
