结构化多相反应器内泰勒流的液侧传质特性

     

摘要

Liquid side mass transfer characteristics of monolithic reactors under the Taylor flow regime were studied in the present work by using the stationary oxygen absorption technique. Effects of different operating conditions and cell densities (50, 100 and 400 cpsi monoliths) on liquid side volumetric mass transfer coefficient were investigated. The results show that the liquid side volumetric mass transfer coefficient increases with increasing superficial gas or liquid velocities, as well as with increasing cell density of monolith. Moreover, the liquid side volumetric mass transfer coefficients for these three types of monolith packing show a linear relationship with their own pressure drop of bed. The predicted values of the correlations in literatures were compared with the liquid side volumetric mass transfer coefficients measured in our experiment. Finally an empirical correlation based on Jepsen's correlation was proposed, which has a relative error within ±30%. The empirical correlation could be used to predict the mass transfer coefficients of the monolithic reactors under Taylor flow.%采用定态溶氧法,实验测定了结构化反应器内的液侧体积传质系数.考察了表观气、液速度对液侧体积传质系数的影响,比较了三种不同孔密度的结构化载体(50、100和400 cpsi)内的液侧体积传质系数.结果表明,在实验的操作条件下,床层内的液侧体积传质系数随液体表观速度增大而增大:同-液速下,随气体表观速度增大亦增大.比较不同孔密度床层的传质系数表明,大孔密度的床层具有更高的液侧体积传质系数.通过关联分析三种不同结构化载体中液侧体积传质系数与两相摩擦压降的线性关系,比较了文献中关联式的预测值与本实验的kLa值,通过对Jepsen关联式的修正得到的关联式的预测值误差在±30%以内.
