新型逆喷式洗涤喷嘴气液两相传质特性研究

         

摘要

针对工业中湿法烟气净化工艺,结合现有的逆流接触式洗涤技术,提出了一种三路进液的新型洗涤喷嘴,并采用溶氧法,通过冷模实验考察了其在逆喷式洗涤器内的流体力学特性和气液两相传质性能;分析了操作条件对该喷嘴出口流型、传质效果、压降损失的影响,并与目前公认性能较佳的动力波喷嘴进行了对比。结果表明,研究提出的新型喷嘴具有传质效果好、操作弹性大等优点;并且,当其液气质量流量比大于1.2,液体轴切质量流量比在0.4~2.2时,会出现理想“泡沫型”流型,此时传质效果最佳。%According to the existing reverse jet washing technologies, this paper proposed a new washing nozzle with three liquid inlets for wet flue gas cleaning in industry. In a cold model experimental setup, the characteristics of hydrodynamic and gas-liquid two-phase mass transfer of the scrubber using the proposed nozzle were investigated by using the dissolved oxygen method. The variations of the flow patterns, the mass transfer efficiency and the pressure drop with the operating parameters in the scrubber were discussed. Moreover, the new nozzle characteristics were compared with the DynaWave nozzle recognized as one of the excellent conventional reverse jet nozzles. It was shown that the proposed nozzle has a better mass transfer efficiency , and a wider operating range, etc. What’s more, when the mass flow ratio of the liquid and gas is greater than 1.2, and the axial and tangential liquid mass flow ratio is in the range of 0.4~2.2, a Bubble Flow pattern will appear, and the mass transfer is the best.
