提升管内颗粒团聚对两相流动混沌特征影响的递归分析

         

摘要

在提升管内人工制造团聚现象,对所生成的团聚物进行分区域辨识,同时基于压力信号,采用递规分析的方法研究节涌床和湍动床两种状态下气固两相系统的混沌特征受团聚物种类和循环物料量的影响.结果表明:节涌床状态下递归图中沿对角线发展趋势显著,系统周期性较强且不易受团聚物种类的影响.湍动床状态下,提高物料循环流量,对于原始物料以及微团聚物料,递归图中沿对角线发展趋势增强,递归图参数中确定性提高,分叉性减小,表明系统混沌特征弱化;对于成核团聚物料,递归图结构和参数无明显变化,反映出系统混沌特征所受影响较小;而对于黏结团聚和糊状团聚物料,递归图中孤立点增多,递归参数中确定性降低,分叉性增大,系统混沌特性增强.%Quartz sand with different agglomeration was used and artificial aggregation was created in a fluidized bed riser and spatially studied. Chaotic characteristics of two-phase flow systems in slugging and turbulent beds were analyzed by recurrence analysis of pressure fluctuation signals. The result shows that diagonal development trends are significant in the slugging bed, and the system has strong periodicity which is hardly affected by agglomeration. Moreover, for original quartz sand and micro agglomerates in turbulent bed, the increase of particle circulation flow can enhance diagonal trends. The determinacy is improved and the bifurcation is reduced, which indicates decrease of system chaotic characteristics. However, the structure and parameters of recurrence plots are hardly changed for nucleation agglomerates, which shows the chaotic characteristics of the system is hardly affected by particle circulation flow and agglomeration. For cementation and paste agglomerates, the isolated points in the recurrence plot are increased, and the determinacy is decreased but the bifurcation is enhanced, which reflects that chaotic characteristics of the system become stronger.
