某高层大厦主楼群桩上浮原因剖析及处理对策

摘要

As for an engineering example：a high-rise building in Wujin,Jiangsu province,this paper makes an analysis of the floating reason and proposes countermeasures based on construction process control between floating pipe piles.After testing,the re-driving of the pile foundation can meet the technical specifications of construction pile requirement.%针对江苏武进某大厦主楼工程桩施工结束后出现的群桩上浮问题,进行了原因剖析,提出了基于施工过程控制的桩基复打处理对策。经检测,采用复打法处理的桩基承载力满足建筑桩基技术规范要求。
