机场塔台管制员工作负荷及席位配备研究

摘要

Presently,there are many irrationalities in the equipment of tower control positions.With the use of the method of DORATASK,the present paper evaluates the workload of controllers and calculates the reasonable number of control positions.Through the test,it turns out that the number it suggests is of great benefit in reducing the controllers′pressure and improving the operation safety of airports.%针对目前机场管制席位配备的不合理，文章采用DORATASK方法对管制员工作负荷进行评估，计算所需的工作席位，并进行席位的配备。通过验证，该方法给出的机场管制员数量配备可以有效降低管制员的工作压力，提高机场的运行安全。
