试论有特质的新建地方本科院校优良校风的培育

摘要

优良校风对新建地方本科院校可持续发展具有重大意义。新建地方本科院校应根据自身的特点，培育有特质的优良校风。新建地方本科院校培育有特质的优良校风，要以办学定位为基础，着力营造良好的校园文化氛围，积极推进品牌建设；要以校风的内涵建设为核心，弘扬大学精神，并主动吸纳地方文化精髓，做好地方文化的传承与推广；要以产学研合作为推手，立足地方性与应用性，凝练校风建设的特色点。%The good shool spirit has an important significance on the sustainable development of newly-established local university.The newly-established local university should base on its own characteristics to cultivate the uniquely good school spirit.This paper proposes that from the following three essential aspects, a harmonious campus culture be developed and the school spirit be strengthened as a brand.
