NSCLC中COX-2和CD44v6的表达与淋巴结转移关系

摘要

Objective:To study the expression of COX-2、CD44v6 and their correlation with lymph node metastasis in NSCLC.Methods:The expression of COX-2 and CD44v6 in 69 cases human NSCLC was detected with immunohistochemical method.Results:(1)The positive expression rate of COX-2 and CD44v6 in NSCLC were 69.57% and 72.46%,respectively. They are significantly higher than the expression in normal lung tissue(P<0.01);(2)There are 33 cases with lymph node metastasis in 69 NSCLC cases,the positive expression rate of COX-2 and CD44v6 in NSCLC with lymph node metastasis are respectively 81.82% and 84.85%,all significantly higher than those of 36 cases without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);(3)There is a positive correlation between COX-2 and CD44v6 in NSCLC with lymph node metastasis.Conclusion:COX-2 and CD44v6 may play important roles in the lymph node metastasis of NSCLC.COX-2 and CD44v6 may be useful markers for predicting the lymph node metastasis and prognosis of NSCLC.%目的：探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)和粘附分子CD44变异型-6(CD44v6)在NSCLC中的表达及与淋巴结转移的关系。方法：应用免疫组化技术检测69例NSCLC中COX-2、CD44v6的表达。结果：(1) NSCLC中COX-2、CD44v6的阳性表达率分别为69.57%、72.46%,均显著高于正常肺组织(P <0.01)；(2)69例 NSCLC 中淋巴结转移33例,33例淋巴结转移组中 COX-2、CD44v6的阳性表达率分别为81.82%和84.85%,显著高于36例无淋巴结转移组(P <0.05)；(3)NSCLC 淋巴结转移组中 COX-2表达和CD44v6表达密切相关(P <0.05)。结论：COX-2和 CD44v6在 NSCLC 淋巴结转移过程中起重要作用,检测COX-2和CD44v6的表达可作为临床预测淋巴结转移和估计预后的重要指标。
