目的::研究临床痰标本中分离得到的脓肿分枝杆菌,进行3种头孢类抗生素的体外药物敏感性测定,以期了解头孢类抗生素的抗菌活性。方法:通过16SrRNA 鉴定的30株脓肿分枝杆菌,采用改良的微量肉汤稀释法,进行头孢西丁、头孢美唑和头孢哌酮的药物敏感性测定。结果:脓肿分枝杆菌的临床分离株对头孢美唑的敏感性最高,敏感率达到90.00%;其次是头孢哌酮,其敏感率为76.67%;对头孢西丁的敏感性最低,为16.67%。MIC50和 MIC90的分析显示,实验菌株对于头孢美唑的敏感性较好,其值分别为16μg/mL 和64μg/mL;头孢哌酮的敏感性次之,分别为4μg/mL 和256μg/mL;头孢西丁的敏感性最低,分别为64μg/mL 和256μg/mL。结论:头孢美唑的抗菌活性最好,其次是头孢哌酮,而头孢西丁的抗菌活性最低。%Objective:To investigate in vitro the cephalosporins sensitivity of Mycobacterium abscessus isolated from sputum specimens and to understand the activity of those drugs.Methods:Thirty Mycobacterium abscessus isolates were identified by 1 6SrRNA sequence from suspected tuberculosis.Using Modified micro-broth dilution,drug susceptibility was measured for cefoxitin,cefmetazole and cefoperazone.Results:It was demonstrated that cefmetazole was the most excellent susceptibility against the isolates and the susceptibility rate was 90.00%.Cefoperazone was the better activity and the sensitivity rate was 76.67%.Cefoxitin was the little activity and the susceptibility rate was 1 6.67%.Among the MIC50 and MIC90 ,it was showed 1 6 μg/mL and 64 μg/mL for cefmetazole,4 μg/mL and 256 μg/mL for cefoperazone,64 μg/mL and 256 μg/mL for cefoxitin,respectively.Conclusion:Of all the antibacterial agents in this study,cefmetazole had the best activity against the experimental strains,cefoperazone was the second activity and cefoxitin had the worst activity.
