保罗·蒂利希之艺术样式理论述评

         

摘要

Paul Tillich put forward theology of culture in order to find a way to combine Christianity and secular culture and to seek the expression of religion in human culture. He adopted the theory of three elements to analyze art and concluded that style is decisive compared with content and form for the reason that style reveals ultimate concern. Therefore, style can be defined as the form of form and the expression of the common problem in one peri⁃od. In Tillich’s times, existentialism was popular, and that is the reason why Tillich’s analysis of art was affected by existentialism. However, Tillich was not professional in art and his research in the three-element theory of art and the importance of art’s style lacked accurate argument in the history of art. This paper aims to investigate what the style of culture is in the eyes of Tillich, and why it is so important so as to criticize Tillich’s theory of art’ s style.%  蒂利希提出“文化神学”的意图在于寻找基督教与世俗文化的结合方式,寻求人类文化中关于宗教的表达。在对艺术的分析中,他采纳了艺术的三要素理论,并得出样式在题材、形式中起决定作用的结论。样式之所以重要,在于它显露了终极眷注。蒂利希对艺术的解读受到存在主义的影响。但是,蒂利希并不是真正的艺术家,其对艺术三要素、艺术样式的重要性的探讨,缺少艺术史上的论证。本文主要探讨蒂利希所论述的艺术样式,艺术样式何以重要,以及对蒂利希艺术样式理论的批判
