基于案例研究的中印软件外包比较及其启示

摘要

Using multi-case study method, this paper makes an exploration of the differences between Chinese and Indian software outsourcing companies from such aspects as development process, scales, market distribution, development strategies, technological capabilities, marketing competence and qualities of their staff. The results of this study show that the companies in China are implementing the similar strategies to those in Indian companies. However, compared with their Indian counterparts, there still exist obvious weaknesses in Chinese companies, since they are developing fast in recent years. In the end, five suggestions are put forward to improve firm-specific advantages of Chinese software outsourcing companies.%基于多案例研究法，以中印各三家顶级软件外包企业为典型案例，从发展历程、规模、市场分布、发展战略、技术能力、营销能力以及人员素质等角度探讨中印软件外包公司之间的差异。比较可见，中国软件外包企业正在执行和印度企业类似的战略，近年来发展较快，但跟印度企业相比，仍存在比较明显的劣势。本文最后就提高中国软件外包企业的企业特定优势提出了五条对策建议。
