The heat exchanger usually has the time-delay and nonlinear characteristics, so conventional control methods are difficult to meet the control requirements. This paper studied the utilization of Smith predictive con?trol and Fuzzy adaptive PID control, and a Smith-Fuzzy PID function block was developed through the struc?tured control language SCL in the system software of SIMATIC PCS7. Then, this controller was used to control the outlet temperature of the heat exchanger. The result was satisfactory.%列管换热器具有时滞、非线性等特性,故传统控制方法无法满足控制要求,本文结合Smith预估补偿及模糊自适应PID的优点,设计了Smith-模糊PID控制算法,采用SIMATIC PCS7的SCL语言编程实现了算法,并应用到换热器出口温度控制过程中,取得了良好的控制效果.
