迷宫流道灌水器CFD两相流数值模拟中固体颗粒参数的确定

     

摘要

以迷宫流道灌水器内固体颗粒为研究对象,应用CFD数值模拟方法,研究两相流中固体颗粒直径、密度和浓度对数值模拟结果的影响.研究结果表明,迷宫流道人口固体颗粒直径、密度和浓度与流道中最大颗粒浓度呈正相关关系;固体颗粒直径对最大颗粒浓度的影响最大,其次是固体颗粒密度、浓度;固体颗粒直径对流道内最大颗粒浓度有显著影响;固体颗粒直径为80μm、密度为2500kg/m^2、浓度为1.00%时,能较好体现模拟结果.%The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) approach was used to simulate the distribution of the solid particles in the labyrinth emitter, and the results of the numerical simulation with the change of the diameter, density and concentration of the solid particles were analyzed. The results show it is positive relationship between the biggest concentration of the solid particles in flow path and the diameter, density and concentration of the solid particles in water, the biggest concentration of the solid particles is seriously influenced by the diameter of the solid particle, the density and concentration of solid particles in water is next place, and confirmed when the diameter of the solid particle is 80μm, the density is 2 500 kg/m^3 and the concentration is 1.00% can get good results.
